For what we paid you would expect a modern room. We stayed there 25 years ago and saw very little change

We had a very nice view of the ski hill. The amenities at the hotel were very adequate. Very easy access to parking facilities. Beds were comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay and would come back again.
Shower should have been cleaner as there was a little mold on the tiles.

I had booked a hotel room based on information on your website. We were put in a condo that was shabby and poorly equipped. We were very disappointed and luxury is tehopposite of how I would describe the resort. The view was teh only redeeming value.

We had such a fun time here, especially when we enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and lounged on the sun terrace. The room was spacious and we loved having a cute little balcony to relax on. Just a minor hassle with the check-in process, but it didn’t take away from our overall awesome stay! 😊

Adequate close parking.
I booked two rooms for 5 people total. I asked for 2 beds per room. Each room had one bed and one couch. A couch is not a bed. Even if it pulls out. One of the rooms didn't have a working electronic key box. We had to wait for someone to come and put batteries in the key box. That was very frustrating as it was late and we were tired. The other issue is the Pitchfork condos are quite dark. Each room has three room numbers and it was difficult to find the rooms. We weren't the only ones out there in the dark. Other guests were frustrated as well. One of the rooms was filthy. The carpet was disgusting. Soiled and dirty. The linens seemed clean on the bed. For the pull out we had to pull a sleeping bag out of the car. Really for that price? The bath area was marginally clean. Horrible value.
